Since the SaaStr Annual 2015 I've worked closely with the SaaStr team to create their video brand and produce all their videos. Over the last 3 SaaStr Annuals this has lead to developing more content, with a bigger team and wider scope of works. So far I've had 40 creatives work on this project spread over the 3 years, produced over 200+ video assets, and interviewed 120+ speakers and thought leaders backstage in the green room in 6 areas spread across - Insights, I'm Human, Advice, Tactical, Failures & Community. There are three Video Production components to the SaaStr Annual: Pre-Production Creative Development of Hero Videos for 10 keynote speakers which show cases who they are as a person and their success and background to date, Micro Marketing collateral videos to promote the conference, 2 or more major videos to launch different stages of the conference eg: the Tuesday Opening Video. The Conference My team captures the entire conference, vibe and people during and at the afterparties. We have two or more green rooms running backstage where we conduct one on one interviews with the speakers tailored to there person, depending on their domain expertise. Post-Production My team edits all of the session videos, we also produce three event highlight videos covering backstage & speakers, sponsors and attendees. Throughout the year, aside from capturing the magic of the SaaStr Annual, community, team as well as interview all of the speakers each year at the SaaStr Annual to continue learnings and growing the content in the community from the people who are leading the charge. We also film and edit bi-monthly talks at the SaaStr Co-Selling Space. |
